Farnum Insulators Carpenter
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working carpenter who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Curiosity and a willingness to learn are a must—even when the job includes some repetitive tasks.
This full-time role focuses on weatherization and insulation-related carpentry. You’ll prep homes for insulation, build custom plywood doors, install attic hatches, repair or replace siding, and handle tasks like air sealing and weather stripping. You’ll also help lead on-site projects, complete job reports, and maintain a professional, respectful attitude with both coworkers and homeowners.
No experience in insulation or weatherization? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person.
