Who are we looking for?

Someone who is a hard-working team-player, and who can also be a self-starter with projects. Someone who respects our clients and their coworkers enough to show up on time and work until the job is done. We need someone who is curious and wants to learn new skills, but isn’t fussy about doing some repetitive tasks. We will train people with these qualities...you don’t have to show up with an insulation and weatherization background. This is a great position for someone who wants to get into carpentry, or who is already in the field but wants to make a change.
