John Dunbar

The other half of our twin sales team, John lives with his family in Saxtons River, VT. Also a graduate of Vermont Academy, John attended Colby College where he studied environmental geology and was a member of the track & field team. After teaching high school science and math for 5 years in Vermont and then Atlanta, Georgia, John transitioned to the building trades first working for the family home improvement business as a production manager and then transitioning to sales and sales management before moving on to help develop the sales team for a leader in the high-performance panelized home industry. An opportunity to get back to working with his twin brother Jeff and help serve the local community in a greater capacity brought John to the team at Farnum Insulators in 2019. A 2015 Hawaii Ironman finisher, John has transitioned from spending his spare time training to spending time with his family, working on building projects with his twin, as well as volunteering on various local planning and development boards and groups.
