Partnership reaps benefits for the community, accolades for those involved.

This 17-unit affordable housing development in Guilford has recently won a national EPA Phoenix Award! They won for an “outstanding achievement in the redevelopment of a brownfield site in New England.”

They worked with a number of regional and state partners to develop the affordable housing project, which replaced an abandoned warehouse.

The EPA award recognizes both the creating of affordable housing as well as the remediation of a formerly contaminated site.
